Refunds

Refunds can be requested within 5 days of the payment date for monthly subscriptions and within 28 days of the payment date for annual plans.

Transfer

The plan you purchase is unique to that one particular store and cannot be transferred to another store.

Can I use my own Domain?

You can either transfer your domain over to us from your existing registrar (domain host) or simply connect it by ammending the DNS settings within your current registrar account.
